Biography

David L. Rosendorf is a shareholder at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation.  He represents debtors, trustees, committees, secured and unsecured creditors, and asset purchasers, primarily in business Chapter 11 cases, assignments for benefit of creditors and workouts.

David has extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, including the prosecution and defense of fraudulent and preferential transfer actions, contested Chapter 11 confirmation hearings, exemptions, involuntary bankruptcies and other insolvency-related litigation.

From 2008 to 2009, David served as President of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida.

David is listed in “Best Lawyers in America” (Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights Law), Florida Trend “Legal Elite”, Florida “SuperLawyers,” and South Florida Legal Guide “Top Up and Comers.”
