Scott Westheimer Becomes Florida Bar President-Elect While Opponent Under Scrutiny for Annual Dues Claim

Scott Westheimer, a partner at Syprett Meshad in Sarasota, won the race to become president-elect of The Florida Bar. A member of the bar’s board of governors acknowledged Westheimer’s opponent has been the subject of complaints about inaccurate statements her campaign allegedly made about the bar’s annual dues.
