Robert Neary is an attorney in Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton’s complex litigation department, and focuses his practice on class actions and representing plaintiffs in fraud and deceptive trade practices claims.  He also represents clients in copyright disputes and in securities cases before FINRA.

Bob has been involved in the firm’s largest and most complex class actions, including the force-placed insurance cases that have resulted in eight settlements with defendants totaling over $1 billion dollars in relief and compensation for the proposed nationwide classes.

Bob was also involved in a class action representing thousands of physicians who purchased an expensive yet effective electronic health records software product. A favorable settlement was reached with the software company.
