Ofir received her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from The George Washington University, School of Business in Washington, DC, and her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in New York, NY. While in law school, Ofir was recognized as both a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. She was also an active member of the Columbia Business Law Review and the Columbia Law Women’s Association.
Prior to joining KTT, she was an associate at a law firm where she worked on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and provided strategic counsel to early-stage startups.
Ofir is fluent in Hebrew.
