Lindsey Graham is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton and focuses on complex litigation.

Lindsey obtained her bachelor’s degree in international studies from the University of Missouri. Before attending law school, Lindsey lived in Quito, Ecuador where she served as a Peace Corp Volunteer and then as a technical consultant for Fundacion Pachamama. Lindsey earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami Law School where she was a Miami Public Interest Scholar and served as a legal intern for the Human Rights Clinic. She also participated in the International Moot Court Program, during which she competed in the MootMadrid International Arbitration Competition—conducted entirely in Spanish—and in the ICC International Commercial Mediation Competition.

Lindsey worked at KTT during law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney upon graduation.

Lindsey is fluent in Spanish.
