Daniel Herrera is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton. He focuses on complex commercial and class action litigation.
Daniel received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from New York University. Daniel then earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude. While in law school, he was on the Trial Team and received the Director’s Book Award for Excellence in Litigation Skills and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Florida Criminal Procedure.
Prior to joining KTT as an Associate, Daniel clerked here during the summer where he drafted motions, orders, legal memos and organized e-discovery. He also argued a motion to dismiss for forum non conveniens in a mock hearing before the Honorable Paul Huck (United States District Judge for the Southern District of Florida) as part of the Federal Observer Program.
Daniel is fluent in Spanish and enjoys skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
