Chaveli Claver Guzman is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, where she focuses on complex litigation.

Chaveli earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, summa cum laude, and her Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from Florida International University. During law school, Chaveli was a member of the FIU Law Review, the Negotiation & Mediation Team, and the Business Law Society, and she was active in the Cuban American Bar Association.  She also received honors and scholarships including recognition as a Dean’s Scholar, the CABA Foundation Scholarship, and CALI Execellence Awards in Legal Skills and Values III and Family Law.

Chaveli worked at KTT during law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney upon graduation.

Chaveli speaks Spanish fluently.
