
Rasheed Nader is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton committed to providing exceptional legal representation to clients in complex litigation matters, class actions, and high-stakes cases that can have a significant impact on their businesses.
Rasheed received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Florida International University. He then earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Rasheed was a member of the FIU Law Review and interned for the Honorable Jonathan Goodman at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
After law school, Rasheed served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Luck at the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He also worked at a plaintiffs’ boutique firm in Miami, where he litigated claims involving aviation disasters, product defects, business torts, and contract disputes.
In addition to zealously representing his clients at KTT, Rasheed serves as an Adjunct Professor at FIU Law, where he shares his passion for the law by teaching legal writing to second- and third-year law students.
Rasheed was born and raised in Miami and is fluent in Spanish.
