Meaghan Goldstein is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton. She focuses on complex commercial and class action litigation. Meaghan has experience litigating cases involving fraud and Ponzi schemes, deceptive and unfair trade practices, product defects, and business torts.

Meaghan attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the Order of the Coif. At UM, Meaghan was Articles and Comments Editor on the Executive Board of the University of Miami Law Review and a member of the Federal Appellate Clinic and the Trial Team. Through the UM Litigation Skills program, Meaghan received the Thomas Ewald Memorial Award for devotion to high standards and ethical conduct and the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for overall achievement. Before law school, Meaghan received her Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Italian from Drew University and her Master of Arts in Art History from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Meaghan was previously an Adjunct Instructor in the Art History Department and Writing Program at Rutgers.

Meaghan worked at KTT during law school and joined the firm as an associate attorney upon graduation. In 2022, Meaghan began a clerkship for the Honorable Roy K. Altman at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She then clerked for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Meaghan returned home to KTT after completing her clerkships.

Meaghan is honored to serve as the Secretary of the Federal Bar Association, South Florida Chapter; a member of the Southern District of Florida Bench and Bar Committee; and a member of the Southern District of Florida Committee for Jewish American Heritage Month.
