Michael also has extensive experience in other high-stakes litigation. Michael regularly litigates claims involving specific performance of real estate transactions worth millions of dollars. Michael has represented clients in the media and entertainment industry in matters concerning film financing, defamation, and stalking. Michael has also represented individuals and entities in the healthcare industry in a wide variety of matters, including antitrust, upstream corporate liability, reimbursement disputes, and challenges to patient-referral arrangements. And Michael has helped the victims of fraudulent schemes and unfair and deceptive trade practices recover hundreds of millions of dollars in class actions.
Michael received a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. He then earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, and a Masters of Law in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Michael was a member of both the International Moot Court Board and the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board.

Legal issues can be some of the most difficult and stressful challenges that people face in their lives. And the majority of people struggle through those challenges alone because they feel left behind by the system. Being in a position to lend my voice to family, friends, or whoever calls on me during those times gives me the greatest sense of pride and motivates me everyday to stand up for what is right.
