Jessica Santos is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton. She focuses on complex commercial litigation.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in International Relations, cum laude, from Florida International University’s Honors College. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. At Miami Law, Jessica was a member and Executive Editor of the Inter-American Law Review. She also participated in the Human Rights Clinic, where she co-authored a publication on the intersection of race and housing rights and engaged in housing advocacy efforts in Miami. Jessica also served as an executive board member of the Business Law Society at Miami Law.

During law school, Jessica completed two judicial internships with Judge Ursula Ungaro at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida and Judge Monica Gordo at the Florida Third District Court of Appeal. Prior to joining KTT, Jessica interned at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide array of business disputes.

Jessica is a Miami native and is fluent in Portuguese.
