Jeffrey J. Leavitt is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton where he specializes in Complex Commercial Litigation.

In 2015, Jeffrey graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. During his time in law school, Jeffrey worked multiple pro bono law clinics gaining practical experience. While in law school Jeffrey also interned for two local Plaintiff firms.

Upon graduating from law school, Jeffrey worked at a law firm where he specialized in auto negligence cases.  At his previous firm, Jeffrey gained significant experience in the courtroom where he tried multiple cases to jury verdict, as both first and second chair, achieving favorable results on behalf of his clients. He joined Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton in March 2022.

Jeffrey is a proud Miami native who enjoys playing soccer, running and traveling.
