Facundo Scialpi is an attorney at Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton. He focuses on complex commercial litigation.

Facundo was an Assistant Public Defender for Miami-Dade, where he gained experience litigating matters at the trial level. Prior to that, he clerked for a large litigation firm in Miami where he co-authored several publications. During law school, Facundo interned for Judge Rosa C. Figarola at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Facundo received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During his time there, he served as an editor for the University of Miami Law Review. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Florida International University.
