This fellowship awards $5,000 in summer legal fellowships to allow law students to have some financial support while gaining valuable experience during unpaid public service, government, non-profit, or judicial summer internships.

Scholarships are awarded to eligible 1st and 2nd year law students. Applicants must secure their own unpaid summer internship for a minimum of 6 weeks.

2025 Summer Fellows

Sia Mariam Aleem is a 1L at University of Miami and will intern at the Miami’s Guardian Ad Litem Office.

Alexandra (Ally) Bazarian is a 1L at the  University of Michigan and will intern at the Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office.

Karlee Beneventano is a 1L at FIU and will intern for U.S. District Court  Judge Jose Martinez.

Jorge E. Diaz Perez is a 1L at the University of Florida and will intern at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.

Theodore (Teddy) Fronczak is a 1L at FSU and will intern with U.S. District Court  Judge Robin Rosenberg in Palm Beach.

Tania Garcia-Solis is a 1L at the University of Miami and will intern for Senior U.S. District Court Judge Paul C. Huck.

Alexa Krochmal is a 1L at Cornell and will intern with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Robert A. Mark.

Kate Lohrey is a 1L at the University of Florida and will intern at the Public Trust for Conservation.

Jonathan Memnon is a 1L at the University of Miami and will intern with U.S. Magistrate Judge  Enjoliqué A. Lett.

Alyssa Molina is a 1L at FIU and will  intern with U.S. Magistrate Judge Lissette Reid.

Briana Napoleon is a 2L  at FAMU and will intern with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Scott M. Grossman.

Jiayi Qiu is a 1L at St. Thomas University and will intern with the Honorable Norma Lindsey, Florida Third District Court of Appeals.

Taisha F. Saintil is a 2L at FIU and will intern at the Center for Justice and Accountability.
