Biography
Rachel Sullivan is an Associate in Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton’s complex litigation department. Ms. Sullivan has experience with commercial litigation matters including consumer class actions, contractual disputes, common law fraud, securities fraud, violations of RICO and corporate governance disputes.
Prior to joining Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton, Ms. Sullivan was a Senior Associate in White & Case’s commercial litigation department. Prior to her eight years at White & Case, she was an Associate at Harkins Cunningham in Philadelphia and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
Ms. Sullivan earned her J.D. degree in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she was Articles Editor for The University of Pennsylvania Law Review and served as a research assistant to Professor Lani Guinier. She received her B.A. from Cornell University, where she majored in Government.
